Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements and translate them into functional and non-functional specifications

Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, workflows, and data to identify gaps, opportunities, and system enhancements

Create, update, and troubleshoot Cognos Framework Manager and Transformer models to support reporting and analytics needs

Develop and modify Cognos reports, ensuring accuracy, usability, and alignment with business objectives

Perform advanced SQL analysis, including complex queries, multi-table joins, and conditional formatting

Test and validate reports, dashboards, and analytics deliverables; lead troubleshooting efforts

Document findings, technical details, and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Present analytical insights and complex data issues to business partners, leadership, and project stakeholders

Collaborate with teams across social services or related fields to align technical solutions with business needs
