The successful candidate will manage complex building systems and lead facilities maintenance services to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational goals.

Responsibilities
Lead coordination, delivery, and quality assurance of facilities maintenance services, ensuring adherence to client safety standards and quality performance expectations
Coordinate HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and small engineering projects thru internal staff as wall as subcontractor staffs
Oversee audit and control systems to ensure compliance with statutory, policy, and contractual obligations
Develop financial plans for cost control/reduction and ensure achievement of financial goals
Provide leadership, guidance, coaching, and support to promote best practices, training, and staff recognition
Build and maintain relationships with facility team leaders, ensuring alignment with operational and strategic goals
Drive continuous improvement, monitor subcontractor performance, and ensure compliance with SLAs & KPIs
Qualification
Required
A proven track record of successful Facilities Management leadership experience as demonstrated by articulated results and accomplishments
A strong technical knowledge in Building Operations & Maintenance (HVAC/Mechanical, Electrical, and critical systems)
Training in NFPA 70e, CMMS, OSHA, IFMA/BOMA – Building Operations & Maintenance, Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering
Demonstrated business and financial acumen
Exceptional customer service, relationship building and communication skills
Strong leadership skills with a focus on staff development and team building
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 Years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services
