Develop and refine HPLC and mass spectrometry methodologies for protein/peptide characterization and proteomic analysis
Investigate the role of biomolecular condensates in aging
Engage in collaborative research with academia and industry, including OSU proteomics core facility clients

Qualification

Required

PhD in biology, biochemistry, cell/molecular biology, mass spectrometry, proteomics or any related disciplines
Experience in proteomics or protein/peptide sample preparation
Experience in method development/optimization, including protein isolation, purification, enrichment of modified peptides
Experience with micro/nano scale LC and mass spectrometry
