Responsibilities

Analyzing customer search and reservation data to identify geographic gaps in our hotel network
Pinpointing cities, corridors, and regions where additional hotel coverage is needed
Collaborating with the supply team to prioritize expansion efforts based on data-driven insights
Developing dashboards and reporting tools to monitor coverage performance and opportunities
Evaluating the spread between our negotiated hotel rates and publicly available rates using third-party data
Identifying properties with tight rate spreads where negotiation leverage is limited
Supporting the supply team in targeting specific hotels and chains for rate improvement
Leading the integration of additional rate types (e.g., non-refundable, loyalty discounts, length-of-stay discounts) into our analytics framework
Owning the reporting and visualization of rate competitiveness across the hotel network

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics)
2–3 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably involving large datasets and executive-level reporting
Strong proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL, Power BI)
Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally

Preferred

Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus but not required
