Clutch is a rapidly growing staffing agency that supports clients by identifying unreachable talent. They are seeking an experienced Creative Technology Lead to translate business objectives into technical designs, guide system architecture, and oversee the development process.

Responsibilities

Translate business objectives into clear, concise technical and functional designs
Define and guide system architecture, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions
Oversee database structure, conduct code reviews, and provide technical direction to the development team
Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools
Ensure quality control throughout the development process
Lead UI/UX wireframing and define the functional flow of systems
Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to create intuitive and engaging user experiences
Define and document functional specifications
Manage the technical scope of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
Break down projects into manageable tasks and traffic them to the development team
Conduct client meetings to gather requirements and present technical solutions
Proactively identify and address potential technical challenges
Ability to walk through workflows and find appropriate applications or plugins for projects
Evaluate and recommend the right technical talent for projects
Mentor and guide developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Provide technical guidance and support to the team
Demonstrated experience with website development, Shopify, Salesforce, and potentially WordPress
Ability to work on custom development projects
Quality control, audits, hand-offs, and technical recommendations

Required

Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in UX/UI Development and Design, with a strong portfolio of relevant projects
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Technology, or similar
Previous client facing experience required, managing projects
Deep understanding of system architecture, database design, and software development best practices
Proficiency in relevant technologies and frameworks (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, relevant backend languages)
Strong understanding of web development and potential plugins and custom apps builds
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to evaluate developer work and ensure execution quality

Preferred

Previous experience in a creative marketing or advertising agency strongly preferred
Experience with CMS platforms is highly desirable
