Responsibilities

Majority of activity will focus on warm lead follow-up, outreach, and growing existing client relationships
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and industry events
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
Research target markets and industries to uncover growth opportunities
Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points and propose solutions
Own and deepen relationships with assigned existing clients
Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client needs are met and questions are addressed promptly along with PM lead support
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts
Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and service follow-ups
Attend client meetings, presentations, and site visits as needed
Represent the company with professionalism and confidence
Deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals
Develop agendas for all meetings/site visits and provide recaps for follow-up
Coordinate with internal teams (PM, ops, design, etc.) to ensure smooth kickoff and execution of client projects
Monitor status, timelines, deliverables, and communication between teams and clients
Escalate issues proactively and ensure projects meet quality standards

Required

2–5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Comfort with cold calling and outbound lead generation
Experience in managing client-facing projects or coordinating internal teams
Ability to juggle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
Willingness to travel for client visits, industry events, or site meetings

Preferred

Industry experience preferred but not required
Experience with a CRM, preferably Salesforce
