Responsibilities
Handle all normal teller duties and customer transactions. Example: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account questions, etc
Properly respond to customer inquiries regarding their accounts and/or bank products
Maintain money supply at window in accordance with accepted dollar levels
Overtime, learn to scan and encode their work daily
With experience, fill-in for Head Teller absences
Handle various assigned functions behind the teller line
Assignment at any of our 8 branch locations
Deliver exceptional customer service
Any other duties deemed necessary by management
You will be required to work a minimum of two - three Saturdays per month or as needed
Qualification
Required
High-School diploma or equivalent educational background
Strong mathematical skills
Ability to work collaboratively with all bank staff
Experience maintaining confidential information
Must have own reliable transportation and be able to work at any assignable location
Preferred
Cash handling and customer service experience preferred
