Support Administrator

Responsibilities

Handle client inquiries efficiently, professionally, and with compassion—both in person and via phone
Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all administrative tasks
Utilize Microsoft Office and industry-specific software to manage data, orders, and documentation
Review, submit, and process orders promptly and accurately
Produce daily activity reports for each assigned location
Support accounts receivable functions, including communicating open balances to clients and sales staff
Assist with general office operations and tasks across multiple locations
Become proficient in industry-specific client and inventory databases
Provide consistent support to sales, operations, and internal teams as needed
Maintain reliable transportation for travel between locations

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication skills
Critical thinking ability
High level of computer proficiency
Reliable transportation is required, as this role involves travel throughout the greater Indianapolis area
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and strong general computer aptitude
Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to work effectively in both independent and team settings
High level of professionalism, integrity, and work ethic
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confident problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

Preferred

Minimum 2 years of office administration experience preferred; other relevant experience and education will be considered
Prior experience with contract management software is a plus
