Senior Assembly Technician - 1st shift

Responsibilities
Engage in electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assembly tasks, working with various hardware components like modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Your role will involve both repetitive and non-repetitive operations, ensuring a dynamic and varied work experience
Utilize your skills in complex rework, soldering, wiring, and testing to ensure high-quality assembly and functionality of hardware components
Perform assembly operations using established procedures, work instructions, schematics, and other approved documentation, ensuring precision and consistency in your work
Embrace additional responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating your adaptability and commitment to the team's success. You will have the authority to carry out all assigned tasks, empowering you to make a significant impact
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent education
Ability to read and comprehend technical work instructions
Soldering experience
Ability to become J-Std certified within the first 30 days of employment
Ability to lift and move materials up to 35 pounds
Work with hazardous materials
Work overtime as required
Preferred
Proficient in using a personal computer to navigate online documents, drawings, and instructions
Minimum of 6 years of industry or similarly related job experience
Prior experience working in a team-oriented environment
