Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to define the professional channel strategy and identify specific key accounts across target segments (dermatology, plastics, medspas, estheticians, and other clinical environments)
Design a scalable sales model, including account tiers, pricing structures, incentives, and expansion frameworks
Lead outreach and secure placements with top-tier professional accounts
Build and nurture relationships with key partners, ensuring strong adoption, education, retention, and growth
Track and report on pipeline health, account performance, and key sales KPIs
Collaborate with Marketing to create the core messaging for professional partners ensuring alignment with DWB Beauty's voice across all channels
Identify and support the development of materials to educate and drive sales for professional partners, including clinical selling tools, in-office training tools, sampling programs, and patient-facing educational assets
Translate complex scientific data into compelling education and value
Identify key physicians and highly regarded non-MD Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs); develop strategic relationships to support data dissemination
Evaluate industry conferences in which to invest and identify strategies to drive ROI
Once channel credibility has been established, you will build, lead, and mentor a high-performing professional sales team
Establish clear performance metrics, accountability frameworks, and career development pathways
Foster a culture of integrity, education, and partnership consistent with DWB Beauty's values

Required

8-10+ years of professional skincare or aesthetics sales experience, ideally with a clinical or science first brand
Established network of relationships across the dermatology, plastic surgery, and/or med-spa communities
Proven track record of building and scaling professional sales channels within prestige skincare, aesthetics, or related industries
Experience building, leading, and developing teams with a focus on performance, culture, and accountability
Exceptional communication and sales skills
Highly organized, data-driven, and entrepreneurial; thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
