Responsibilities
Implements either a portion or the entirety of the technical solution for clients in alignment with agreed-upon technical designs, occasionally taking charge of detailed technical designs for enterprise solutions
Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge across a wide spectrum of organization’s technology to develop detailed technical designs that meet specific customer requirements
Offers technical support and expertise in applying technology to defined business segments, providing insights into solution and integration opportunities for these segments
Takes on a leadership role in specific integration activities within engagements and offers planning and design support for developing solution architectures in complex system environments
Communicates across client communities, adding substantial value to projects, and embodies the execution of the organization's strategic direction
Contributes to knowledge tools and communities, ensuring documentation and sharing of project insights, and encourages participation and contributions from others in professional communities
Engages in pre-sales activities and collaborates with sales/principals to support the selling process
Creates internally published materials, such as knowledge briefs and service delivery kit components, and ensures adherence to relevant certification and professional standards
Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently
Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans

Required
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
