Responsibilities
Build AI Agents: Design and develop AI systems capable of handling complex, real-world tasks over multiple channels, including email, phone, and SMS
Advance AI Reasoning: Improve the decision-making and reasoning capabilities of AI agents to handle complex logistics scenarios effectively
Integrate and Optimize Models: Architect and fine-tune foundational models, integrating them into scalable solutions that address real-world logistics challenges
Develop Evaluation Frameworks: Create robust metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure and enhance AI agent performance
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and logistics experts to translate domain-specific challenges into innovative AI solutions
Qualification
Required
At least a B.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field
Proven track record of building and deploying advanced AI systems, particularly for applications requiring reasoning and multi-step processes
Strong knowledge of fine-tuning and optimizing AI models for real-world performance
Ability to integrate various AI models and tools to solve practical, high-impact problems in logistics
Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
Proficiency in Python and experience with cloud-based AI deployments
Preferred
Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and real-time communication systems is a plus
