Responsibilities

Coordinate design and deliverables with in-house resources, as well as outside sub-consultants

Prepare detail design documents and specify and select equipment

Prepare equipment and subcontractor/subconsultant procurement documentation

In coordination with the site superintendent, manage construction activities, including managing subcontractors, QA/QC, commissioning, and facility startup

Point-person for client interface on projects

Help develop project estimates and proposals

Estimating project costs, project scoping, and grant/funding applications

Travel to support marketing, client needs, project management and facility commission/start up ~30%
