Responsibilities
Own order management process from pre-order through delivery while delivering exceptional customer-centric experiences to internal partners and external customers
Manage all communications to internal departments and external clients to ensure order accuracy, timely delivery, and client satisfaction
Manage and track all order reporting data
Support the Showroom Sales Consultants in the sales efforts with pre-sale activities like quotes/order entry, sample requests, and processing and collecting payments
Partner with Sales Consultant, Client Services, and Technical Support Team to resolve client issues in timely manner and to client's satisfaction
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
2+ years administrative or project management experience
Strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques
Ability to maneuver effectively around showroom floor, stock room and office
Position could entail periods of standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
Ability to travel locally or out of state
Preferred
Art/Interior design or luxury retail/service experience preferred
Licensed to drive preferred
