Responsibilities
Plan, manage and coordinate personnel and processes within the operations area
Responsible for metric and SLA adherence reporting to all levels of the organization
Reports all business activities to accurately measure business trends to management for sounds business decisions
Responsible for driving operational efficiencies by constantly evaluating processes, procedures and systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
Minimum of 3 years related operations experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Previous experience in supervising teammates to ensure completion of responsibilities
Ability to lead a team of personnel by providing leadership, assistance and advice
Experience in reverse logistics and repairs, specifically with IT hardware
Experience in a used equipment returns environment
Comfortable in a light industrial/warehouse environment
Ability to communicate in and understand English to the extent necessary to fulfill/perform the essential job functions
