Qualification
Required
Doctorate Degree required
Minimum four years of related experience required
Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others
Provide leadership
Be assertive and consistent in enforcing policies
Work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure
Lead, supervise, teach, and collaborate
Accept direction
Able to communicate effectively in English in person, in writing, and on the telephone

D.D.S./D.M.D. or foreign equivalent required
Be eligible for licensure in the State of California
Have completed a CODA-accredited advanced education program in endodontics required
Board-certified by the American Board of Endodontics required
Preferred
Prior experience as a program director in advanced endodontic education
Experience in intramural practice
