Responsibilities

Managing the execution of operational, tactical, and strategic initiatives on a day-to-day basis

Ensuring all team members are effectively utilized and providing leadership to define, analyze, and deliver quality solutions

Building trust to influence others, prioritizing tasks, identifying and resolving roadblocks, and providing project timelines and oversight

Working across multiple teams to help deliver innovative solutions in support of EFM’s technology strategy

Defining the goals, objectives, processes, and resources to support Data Services

Developing a team, career planning/support, training, interviewing, hiring, rewarding, disciplining, and conducting performance and salary reviews
