Responsibilities

Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our donor management software and related products and how they are used by Samaritans Purse and our affiliate offices

Respond to user inquiries and support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and communicate status of tickets in a timely way

Coordinate and deliver training on our products, including new user training, new feature training, and refresher training for existing staff

Prepare the appropriate materials for training and ensures that online training modules and assessments are completed to ministry standards

Gather and document user requirements for system enhancements and automated processes to support operational needs

Perform testing of software and processes, coordinating testing with users as needed

Maintain relationships with users by spending time in their areas and understanding their processes and challenges

Customize and configure ministry donor products to meet the needs of our users

Maintain data integrity and security for our donor management software and related products by managing user access and roles, ensuring training compliance, and promoting adherence to established quality standards and processes
