Berg Enterprises is currently seeking a BIM Manager to join their team. This role involves managing AutoCAD and Revit operations, coordinating project information models, and overseeing the entire BIM project life cycle while ensuring timely submissions of project drawings.

Responsibilities

Managing AutoCAD and Revit operations

Coordinating the production of project information models

Working closely with operations and multi-disciplinary teams

Performing mechanical design work

Supporting mechanical estimating

Assisting in business development as required

Overseeing the entire BIM project life cycle

Managing the models

Coordinating conflicts before installation

Conducting field surveys to produce an accurate model

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer

Ensuring that coordination drawings, shop drawings, and mechanical diagrams are correct and submitted to clients on time

Required

Associate's degree and/or experience coordinating drafting production and producing plans, construction drawings, and details using AutoCAD and Revit

Experience with MEP multi-disciplinary REVIT coordination

Experience attending BIM coordination meetings and executing design production documents related to BIM

Experience in a professional office environment

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information

Self-starter with effective organizational and written skills

Computer skills in addition to AutoCAD and Revit proficiency including: MS Office Suite or Google Workspace, Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, and the internet
