Design and testing process improvements and new process systems

Ensure processes comply with safety, environmental and quality standards
Troubleshoot problems associated with manufacturing processes
Conduct tests and monitoring production process performance
Develop best practices to ensure product quality

Technical and manufacturing process support for identifying and eliminating sources of variation
Establishing standards, best practices, and performance metrics on the shop floor
Master problem solver
Lead processes to ensure conformance and produce quality product that meets customer requirements and ATI goals and objectives
