Responsibilities
Architect and implement end-to-end automation solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities across multiple domains, including insurance, actuarial, and claims
Lead the design and architecture of complex automation projects, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business goals
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, process flows, and user guides
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and team members
Leverage RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate) and Python scripting for advanced automation tasks
Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and security requirements
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation solutions
Drive innovation through reusable components and best-practice solution design
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in the finance sector, particularly in insurance, actuarial, and claims
Proven track record of crossing business domains
Strong mix of technical aptitude, including proficiency in Python
Architect and implement end-to-end automation solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities across multiple domains, including insurance, actuarial, and claims
Lead the design and architecture of complex automation projects, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business goals

Understanding of Data Warehouse
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Deep understanding of a business vertical in previous roles

Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts
