Responsibilities
Make high-volume cold calls to pre-generated leads
Qualify prospects and determine fit for HR tech and assessment solutions
Generate interest and articulate the value of the company’s assessment platform
Handle initial objections with confidence and professionalism
Book qualified appointments with clear prospect commitment
Warm up leads before handing them off to the closing team
Maintain detailed call notes, statuses, and interaction logs in the CRM
Ensure all booked meetings reflect real buying intent and strong engagement
Collaborate with sales leadership to refine scripts and improve conversion rates
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in B2B sales or appointment setting, particularly cold calls (SaaS)
Excellent communication skills
Strong phone presence with clarity, confidence, and professionalism
Experience with CRMs and power dialers
Ability to work UK business hours
Resilience and persistence for high-volume calling
Strong qualification and objection-handling skills
Results-oriented mindset with comfort in commission/bonus-driven environments
