PATRIOT - Principal Program Cost Controls Analyst - P3 - (Onsite)

The Principal Program Cost Controls Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial analyses, maintaining budget records, and collaborating with various teams to ensure effective cost control and financial recommendations.

Responsibilities
Perform detailed financial analysis for both total program and product level cost elements to help define and understand monthly and quarterly variances from budget and EAC positions
Maintain accurate records for Budget and EAC tracking to ensure adequate funding is available using Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
Process approved Budget Change Requests (BCR) and ensures all changes are incorporated into control systems
Partner with Patriot Product Line Teams, LADS Program Management Offices, and Cross Business Teams
Qualification
Required
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
Experienced user of SAP (APEX and/or Prism), RTN PMX, or similar system
Experience with the Microsoft Office Tool Suite, particularly with Excel
Preferred
Earn Value Management System (EVMS) Certified
R6Sigma Specialist
Self-starter with a positive attitude, willing to take on challenges
Advanced Excel skills
Operations finance or factory/manufacturing finance experience
Ability to analyze and interpret financial information in support of business portfolio
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
