Responsibilities

Maintains productivity levels, schedules staffing, serves as the point person for departmental recruitment and corrective action when necessary, and works with the department director on strategic planning initiatives
Also, This leader works closely with the cardiologists to identify opportunities for cost savings with products

Qualification

RN certificationRCIS certificationBLS certificationACLS certificationCardiac Cath Lab experienceLeadership experienceClinical knowledgeStrategic planning

Required

RN (Registered Nurse) or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) and/or related experience required
Current BLS and ACLS thru American Heart Association is required
Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program, Respiratory Program or Cardiovascular Program required
Minimum of five years in Cardiac Cath Lab required, with two years in a Leadership/Management role
Excellent clinical knowledge and skills
