Responsibilities

Develop and deliver structured training programs for engineers involved in professional services delivery

Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials, labs, and documentation aligned with current tools, technologies, and best practices

Conduct live and virtual training sessions for internal staff, partners, and customers

Maintain a centralized repository of training content, including recorded sessions, guides, and FAQs

Continuously assess training effectiveness and update materials based on feedback and evolving business needs

Support onboarding of new engineers by providing foundational training on systems, tools, and delivery processes

Assist in troubleshooting and mentoring engineers on real-world project scenarios when needed

Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies relevant to professional services delivery
