Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of procurement strategies for high-value, complex, and critical categories, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, risk mitigation, and total cost optimization
Draft commercial terms, scopes of work, and pricing schedules in supply and service agreements
Perform in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, supply chain risks, and sourcing opportunities that drive competitive advantage and inform strategic decision-making
Drive cross-functional initiatives to reduce costs, mitigate supply chain risks, and enhance vendor reliability and performance through strategic sourcing and continuous improvement efforts
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and resolving performance issues
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to meet organizational needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is required
7+ years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field
Proven track record of managing complex purchasing activities, contracts, and supplier negotiations
Advanced knowledge of procurement strategies, contract management, and supplier evaluation
Proficiency in procurement and ERP software (e.g., D365, SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools
Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills
Preferred
Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CPP, CIPS)
