$89K/yr - $93K/yrKimley-Horn is seeking an entry level Survey Technician to join their growing Bellevue, Washington office. This role will support the survey teams on a wide range of surveying and mapping tasks while providing mentorship and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities
Produce detailed subdivision maps, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, and other survey-related exhibits using AutoCAD Civil 3D
Research and analyze boundary and easement documents, including title records
Interpret and utilize field crew data (points), field sketches, photographs, and reference maps to prepare survey deliverables
Prepare legal descriptions and exhibits for rights-of-way, easements, and acquisition parcels
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support project goals
Qualification
Required
An accredited Associate's Bachelor's or Master's degree (ABET or equivalent) by Summer 2026 in one of the following majors: Surveying / Geomatics, Civil Engineering (with a surveying focus), Engineering Technology (surveying emphasis), Equivalent degree qualifying for professional surveying licensure in Washington
Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D
Strong communication and technical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
