Required

Physically Fit – Able to lift 50-75 lbs, climb ladders, and perform labor-intensive tasks
Flexible & Ready for Action – Available for emergency calls, evenings, or weekends when needed
Compliance Ready – Valid driver's license, ability to pass a background check, drug test, and respirator fit test
Must be English proficient – Able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
Experience & Certifications – High school diploma or GED, Experience in restoration, construction, or cleaning
Preferred
IICRC Certification (Water or Fire Restoration) – A plus!
