Responsibilities
Manage development team, scope, project schedule
Operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
Develop architectural products and deliverables for the enterprise and operational business lines
Develop strategy of system and the design infrastructure necessary to support that strategy
Advise on selection of technological purchases with regards to processing, data storage, data access, and applications development
Set standards for the client/server relational database structure for the organization (SQL, ORACLE, SYBASE, etc.)
Advise of feasibility of potential future projects to management
Qualification
Required
3 years of relevant experience in Technical Lead role leading ServiceNow implementations
Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as Waterfall or Agile)
Active TS/SCI is required
Preferred
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other ServiceNow certification
SAFe/Agile certification
Implementations in cloud environments
