Responsibilities

Conduct functional, E2E, and smoke testing of Salesforce-developed products, ensuring robust quality across all system personas (e.g., admin, end user, manager)

Design, document, and continually update test cases and scripts based on product requirements, user stories, and technical documentation

Identify, log, and track defects; work collaboratively with development teams for prompt resolution

Collaborate in the creation of test plans and ensure comprehensive test coverage for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes

Work with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Developers to understand requirements and ensure testing aligns with business needs

If applicable, contribute to or leverage automated testing frameworks to optimize testing cycles

Ensure existing functionality remains unaffected after new releases or updates

Maintain detailed, up-to-date testing documentation and test result reports
