Responsibilities
Monitor and track loan covenants, borrowing base reports, and loan exceptions
Prepare monthly and quarterly loan reports for management, ensuring accuracy and clarity
Track quarterly loan fees and identify variances or discrepancies
Maintain data integrity across all portfolio reports and systems
Complete construction progress reporting with attention to detail and follow-up
Monitor automotive floorplan activity and identify potential risks or anomalies
Analyze portfolio data to identify trends, risk indicators, and opportunities for improvement
Assist in developing and refining processes to enhance workflow efficiency and reporting quality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent professional experience in the banking or financial industry required
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software
