Right Hook Digital is a premier eCommerce Growth Agency seeking a Retention Strategist with expertise in Klaviyo. The role focuses on strategizing, optimizing email flows, and enhancing customer retention through data-driven campaigns to maximize revenue for various eCommerce brands.

Responsibilities

Strategization, setup, optimization and email flows, campaigns, and ongoing management
Daily data analysis of campaigns and flows identifying areas of opportunity to improve performance of campaigns and maximize revenue
Site popup and email split-tests and optimization to ensure we are getting the best return possible out of every send
Ad Copy that would leave Eugene Schwartz high-fiving you
Technical setup of tracking scripts and conversion event codes
Setup, management and optimization of the email/SMS experience
A list cleaning master
Collaborate with internal Senior eComm Strategists and support team on cross-channel campaign co-ordination and performance reporting
Liaise with clients and provide detailed reports and ongoing performance improvement plans for each month and quarter
Always staying up to date with the latest changes on the platform, to the benefit of both our clients and the wider Right Hook team - we're all about ELEVATING ONE AND OTHER

Qualification

Required

1-2+ years of eCommerce Email experience
1 - 2+ years of Klaviyo experience
Proven track record of exceptional Email campaigns and flow results managing 100,000 lists
Strong design and copywriting ability. We need emails to be on brand. You won't be designing it but need that eye and ability to communicate it
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
Excellent Productivity and Prioritization skills
Elite communication skills - both written and verbal
Team player with a strong focus on clients success - we're here to elevate one another
