Responsibilities

Assist with implementation of Department policies and procedures to enhance productivity and streamline operations

Oversee Department budget, including tracking legal expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings

General administrative support including but not limited to scheduling meetings, maintaining/updating Department internal SharePoint site

Maintain knowledge of industry trends especially in the area of technology with data security and privacy impacts such as AI technology

Assist Senior Corporate Counsel with the review and redline of security and privacy-related contracts to ensure compliance with relevant Perficient policies and applicable law

Responsible for day to day to management of Perficient’s privacy program, including data subject access requests, privacy impact assessments, data processing registry, and other compliance related activities

Assist with incident response activities related to data breaches and other security incidents

Assist with other risk and compliance activities related to AI, data governance, and environmental sustainability

Assist with administration of Department technology solutions, including the Department’s contract lifecycle management tool

Coordinate legal training for department members, other corporate departments, business units, and delivery teams

Required

Experience using AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft CoPilot, ChatGPT) is required

4+ years of experience in paralegal or legal operations required

2+ years of experience using Contract Lifecycle Management or similar SaaS workflow systems required

Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution

A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected

Must be located in St. Louis, Missouri

Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 required

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate strongly preferred. Candidates with an associate's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience will also be considered

In-house experience preferred

Technology contract experience preferred

Working knowledge of US and global data privacy laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.) preferred

Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus
