Talent Acquisition Team Lead

They are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Team Lead to oversee a team of recruiters and manage a high-volume requisition portfolio, ensuring a world-class hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters (junior to senior levels), ensuring consistent delivery and adherence to TA Processes and metrics
Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, requisitions reviews, and performance check-ins focused on capability building and service quality
Provide guidance on sourcing strategies, stakeholder engagement, candidate experience and process optimization
Monitor regular workload allocation and ensure balanced distribution of requisitions across the team
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and a strong sense of belonging
Support onboarding and training of new team members, creating a culture of operational excellence
Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high-volume portfolio across assigned business units, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, assessments and stakeholder management
Build diverse talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies, market insights, and a data-driven approach
Consult hiring managers as a trusted advisor, providing insights on talent availability, best practices, and recommendations
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey
Maintain high data quality in ATS and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Psychology or similar degrees
Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Additional languages are a plus
At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for international settings
At least 2 years of experience leading high-volume recruiters in an international setting (directly or indirectly)
Demonstrated ability to coach team members and drive performance
Previous experience working with ATSs, MS Excel and MS Teams
Strong talent sourcing skills are required: X-Ray search, Boolean search, market research, others
Proven track record of succeeding in a fast-paced evolving recruitment environment
Strong understanding of sourcing tools, recruitment systems and data-driven decision making
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Knowledge in Workday, Smartsheet and other online/collaboration technology
