Own the networking, servers, and storage, or endpoint management technical domain, ensuring availability, reliability, and security

Design, implement, and document technical solutions and configurations

Have the technical ability to manage one or more business applications or services

Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and backup operations

Execute change management procedures for updates, patches, and system maintenance

Collaborate, and effectively communicate with leadership, employees, and peers to ensure system integration and consistent IT standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related, or 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in systems or network administration

Expertise in Networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs), Servers & Storage (Windows Server, virtualization, backup systems), and/or Endpoint Management (Active Directory, Intune, MDM, workstation imaging)

Strong understanding of IT security and data protection principles

Experience with IT documentation, change control, and disaster recovery processes

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills
