Responsibilities
Preparing Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reports for Executive Reviews
Leads data management processes including CRM, proposals/quotes, pipeline, and forecasting
Leading reporting/auditing of Business Development data process across Karman
Assist in financial reconciliation and reporting
Support M&A efforts and integration into Karman reporting processes
Support the implementation of new system and automation approaches to drive efficiency and scale for financial processes
Supports the Market Directors with market sector financial analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related analytical field
3+ years in finance/accounting role
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Experience with CRM Software
Proficiency in one or more data analysis and visualization tools
Ability to communicate internally with executives and externally with customers/suppliers
Experience with budgeting and forecasting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred
Master's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related analytical field
preferred, in engineering industry
