Lead the planning, design, and delivery of core merchandising processes in a retail environment
Evaluate and recommend business requirements based on solid knowledge of merchandise capabilities
Develop and communicate strategies for managing organizational information and data architecture
Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance merchandising processes and systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with technology solutions
Provide expert guidance on merchandise processes and their integration with ERP systems
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience as a solution architect in retail merchandising landscapes
Strong knowledge of demand planning, assortment planning, and inventory optimization
Proficiency in using major retail platforms like O9 or Blue Yonder
Proven ability to manage complex system designs and ensure adherence to technical standards
Excellent communication skills for presenting solutions to diverse audiences
