Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment and engagement strategy aligned with corporate and program objectives
Build robust analytics frameworks to measure and optimize recruitment funnel performance
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Clinical Operations, Data Science, and external partners to ensure seamless execution
Drive patient engagement initiatives through strategic partnerships with advocacy groups and community organizations
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all recruitment activities
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing recruitment and engagement team

Required

10+ years of experience in patient recruitment, clinical operations, or related functions, including 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity within biotech, pharma, or CRO settings

Deep understanding of digital recruitment platforms, CRM systems, and data visualization tools
Strong strategic, analytical, and executive communication skills
Bachelor's degree required

Preferred

advanced degree (MS, MPH, MBA, or equivalent)
