Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of compensation & benefits programs, ensuring timely planning and execution
Manage the effective rollout of compensation and benefit initiatives and updates, ensuring alignment with business needs and employee expectations
Leverage internal survey data and external market data to inform program value and optimization opportunities
Support program integrity through regular audits, identifying opportunities for optimization and risk mitigation
Support regulatory compliance and deliver accurate, timely reporting for governance and decision-making
Drive the successful execution and continuous improvement of all compensation programs by effectively managing people, process, technology and tools

Required

Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Compensation and / or Benefits, or Project Management
