They are seeking a Business Enablement Solutions Intern to support their Sales and Marketing teams by maintaining and analyzing data within Salesforce.com, gaining valuable experience in CRM management and business operations.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update customer and prospect records in Salesforce.com to ensure accuracy and data integrity
Assist in data reporting and analysis to support strategic sales and marketing initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support ongoing and ad hoc special projects
Identify and report data inconsistencies or workflow inefficiencies
Support the documentation of processes and contribute to team knowledge-sharing resources
Participate in virtual meetings and engage with team members across various digital platforms

Required

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Interest in a career in Sales, Marketing, or Business Operations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and reporting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general web-based tools

Preferred

Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms (helpful but not required)
