Responsibilities

Researches, evaluates, tests, and implements cutting-edge trading technology, analytics, data sources, and other tools

Works independently on transaction cost analysis, under the guidance of senior analysts, to maintain and enhance processes for trading desks based on rigorous research and quantitative analysis

Resolves issues involving data, infrastructure, and prototype technology tools leveraged by the transaction cost analysis processes. Enhances existing models, develops data sources and processes, and communicates results

Provides reporting and analytics to assist in shaping the future of the transaction cost analysis and trading agenda

Develops and maintains knowledge of market structure, microstructure, and transaction cost analysis in order to bring an informed perspective to the research process

Represents Vanguard effectively to internal and external audiences

Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
