They are seeking an Events & Promotions Supervisor to assist in overseeing the logistics of in-house events and promotions, manage associate schedules, and provide training and coaching to event staff.

Responsibilities

Handles the logistics for events & promotions, gifts pickups and Slot & Bj Tournaments set-up and breakdown

Assists with all décor such as Balloon Columns & centerpieces

Trains, schedules and coaches event/promotion associates

Occasional cash handling. Must receive cash handling instructions and abide by property cash handling policies and procedures

Assists patrons in requests for assistance, services, and information in a courteous, respectful manner. Provides superior guest service to all guests

Educates customers on upcoming promotions and events. Maintains knowledge of property information, including memorabilia
