Responsibilities

Deliver a consistent pipeline of vetted GTM candidates who meet the agreed-upon experience, skill, and market alignment criteria established for each search

Candidate pipeline management, facilitation of candidate introductions, interview scheduling support, and communication coordination until final selection while utilizing ATS (Greenhouse)

Professional summaries or profiles for all presented candidates, highlighting qualifications and fit

Weekly updates summarizing active searches, candidate progress, and market feedback

Periodic insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor activity in GTM functions
