Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and maintain robust, standardized Revit content libraries and workflows for building and industrial design projects
Oversee project models and documentation through all phases, ensuring compliance with standards and facilitating efficient setup, maintenance, and record-keeping
Perform regular preventative maintenance, audits, and model health assessments, producing dashboards and reports, and recommending improvements across teams
Standardize project content, parameters, and materials; conduct QA reviews including clash detection, visualization design review, model data integrity validation
Integrate and coordinate models and data from partners, manufacturers, and third parties to ensure interoperability and resolve potential conflicts within models
Provide just-in-time training, FAQ support, and mentorship on modeling best practices, while enabling collaboration, facilitating documentation workflows, and upholding graphic standards

Required

Relevant project experience with advanced proficiency in 3D modeling, Revit, and BIM software
Expertise in managing project documentation, models, and ensuring adherence to BIM standards
Skilled in QA reviews, clash detection, and maintaining 3D model data integrity
Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC)
Strong communication and mentoring abilities regarding modeling best practices
Able to read and interpret drawings, plans, contracts, and specifications

Preferred

Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
Experience in industrial design modeling is nice to have
