Quote and order processing

Direct customer communication – inbound and outbound

Monitor ordering for on-time delivery based on agreed customer expectations

Partnership with Sales Team to ensure long term account planning activities

Partnership with sales

Technical consultation

Forecasting of inventory purchases

Vendor Managed Inventory reviews

Engagement with Engineering Solutions as needed

Qualification

Required

High School Diploma or beyond

3+ years of sales and/or account management experience

Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel, etc.), ERP Systems, and CRM Knowledge

Preferred

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of customer success or customer service experience

Knowledge of fluid power systems

Fluid power systems training/certifications

Knowledge of the MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) industry
