Responsibilities

Manage progression of the enterprise PMO portfolio while coordinating efforts among the capital, process and technology and commercial workstreams

Provide leadership, direction and education to the Company on project management principles and best practices

Drive adoption and adherence to standardized methodologies and ways of working

Mentor workstream leaders, project managers and sponsors

Develop and continuously improve PMO processes, tools and data utilization

Develop, refine and monitor KPIs that provide visibility into PMO value and effectiveness

Identify knowledge gaps and establish training curricula

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful project outcomes

Supports the SVP Strategy Optimization on other projects and analyses as needed
