Responsibilities
Work with sector leaders and planners to both lead and support business development activities, including developing capture plans for pursuits at all stages and managing proposals and interviews from start to finish. This will require organization, research, writing, editing, and document layout and design as well as print production when needed
Assist in maintaining firmwide repository of marketing materials, including creating and updating staff bios, resumes, and project sheets
Lead regional business development strategies for your sector (senior)
Qualification
Required
5+ years of marketing and proposal experience in the A/E/C industry or related field, or equivalent experience using relevant skill
Familiarity with the pursuit and proposal process and development (responding to public agency RFPs and RFQs)
Good writing/editing and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on a deadline-driven schedule
Technically proficient in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Word
Preferred
Work Samples (no larger than 6MB)
