The Senior Mechanical Engineer will collaborate with various teams to design and implement custom automation solutions, ensuring project requirements are met and leading design review meetings.

Responsibilities
Work with Controls and Software Engineers, Sales, and Manufacturing to create innovative custom automation solutions
Ensure the project requirements are tracked and met while keeping the project on schedule
Lead both internal and customer design review meetings
Provide technical guidance within your respective discipline and project teams
Lead lab efforts for feasibility studies, process improvement, and customer demonstrations
Work with engineering leaders across business units to propose and assist in continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Experience in Solidworks
Ability to mentor junior coworkers
Experience in leading internal and customer design review meetings
Technical guidance within respective discipline and project teams
Experience in feasibility studies, process improvement, and customer demonstrations
Ability to work with engineering leaders across business units
