Qualification
Required
BSCE
2 years' experience in general civil engineering or the equivalent work experience of six years in land development and/or public works design
AutoCAD/Civil3D experience
A good driving record
Engineer-in-Training Certificate
Experience calculating earthwork take-offs and other quantities
Preferred
Completed coursework in Transportation and highway engineering
Completed coursework in Hydrology, hydraulics
Completed coursework in Surveying
