Responsibilities

Manage and grow the NMO distribution channel in coordination with other distribution partners and channels
Develop and execute specific strategies to increase sales, retention and profitability. Negotiate Sub-GA arrangements
Develop and execute NMO-specific marketing plans to capitalize on Standard’s value proposition. Train distribution partners on The Standard’s products, value propositions and key markets to target
Act as a field advocate, work with the home office teams of Operations, Service, Actuarial, Marketing, Legal and Producer Services to negotiate quality customer support for specific accounts
Experience with fixed annuities is a requirement of the role
Ability to travel 50% nationwide is a requirement of the role

Required

Experience with fixed annuities
Ability to travel 50% nationwide
Minimum 8 years of experience in fixed annuity brokerage or financial institutions
Must be able to travel 50% throughout the United States

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field
Experience with financial institutions (banks and/or broker-dealers)
